James Webb is a solutions-focused coach, consultant, and thought leader with more than 30 years of success across the public speaking, military and corporate leadership and development, professional training, management consulting, and corporate services industries. Leveraging extensive experience leading strategy, he is a valuable advisor for an organization building a training program or establishing a development plan.
James’ broad areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership training, people management, talent management, communications, and program evaluation.
Throughout his executive career, James has held leadership positions with the U.S. Air Force, AT&T, BB&T, Boeing Inc., James Webb International, LLC, and H-E-B Inc.
James holds a BS and MS in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, with completed Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) requirements. James is a certified learning professional with a TS/SCI Security Clearance through the U.S. Air Force, a National Speakers Association (NSA) Academy graduate and a certified Cooperative Learning Trainer from the Cooperative Learning Center, University of Minnesota.
On August of 2004, James competed for the title of 2004 World Champion of Public Speaking at the Toastmasters International Competition in Reno, Nevada. Out of 220,000 Toastmasters in 80 countries worldwide, James was voted “One of the Top Three Best Speakers in the World.”
